Rock Stars

Every night Lindsey stalls as much as possible in order to stay up later.  Her newest ploy is yell from her bed and tell us she has to go potty.  Clever on her part since we aren't going to not let her go.  Last night was no different and for an extra bonus she decided to cooperatively brush her teach.  This morning we told daddy about her success.

Me: Lindsey, did you go potty and brush your teeth and go to bed like a rock star last night?

Lindsey: Daddy! I went potty and brushed my teeth!

Jason: You did!? But you didnt go to sleep like a rock star?

Lindsey: Noooo.

Jason: Well, that okay. Rock stars don't sleep.

Lindsey: Rock stars don't sleep? Silly rock stars.
