Sometimes we forget that saying one thing can be interpreted literally to a toddler. We are working on keeping things simple. Here was Jason's conversation with Lindsey in the car ride home from school.
Lindsey: Daddy, I have to go potty.
Jason: Okay sweetie, we are almost home. Can you hold it?
Lindsey: Daddy, I can't reach.
